新型热可逆共价交联剂对软聚氯乙烯性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 报道了以含有端环戊二烯基(CPD)的巯酯锑作为热稳定交联剂,应用于软聚氯乙烯(PVC)的实验研究。结果表明,交联后PVC有良好的热可逆可加工性,交联剂用量适宜可以提高PVC的力学性能,该交联剂稳定效果优于液体Ca Zn。 This paper reports the experimental study for the application of a novel kind of thermo-reversible and covalent cross-link agent, antimony end-cyclopentadieny mercaptide, to PVC. It reveals that the cross-linked PVC is superior in thermo-revisable processing capability; its mechanical properties are enhanced under suitable contents of cross-linking agent; the thermo-stability effect of the cross-link agent is higher than that of the Ca-Zn liquid.
