摘要
以本地产蚯蚓为原料,提取具有抗菌活性的多肽。采用磷酸缓冲溶液浸提,硫酸铵沉淀,经过SephadexG 100层析、SephadexG 50和SephadexG 25分离和抗菌活性筛选得到了一种抗菌活性肽。研究结果表明,该活性肽相对分子质量约5500,对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄八叠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、洋葱伯克霍尔德菌、食酸丛毛单胞菌、恶臭假单孢菌、皮氏伯克霍尔德菌、酵母菌、白色念球菌均有不同程度的抑制。在沸水中加热1h,抑菌活性未见显著变化,表现出了较高的热稳定性。
This paper reports the experiment of extracting antibacterial peptide from earthworm. A kind of active antibacterial peptide was screened, via the following processes: macerating in phosphate buffer solution, precipitating in ammonium sulfate, isolating with Sephadex G-100 and Sephadex G-50-25. The experiment results reveal that the relative molecular mass of this peptide is 5?500. It exhibits different extent of antibacterial activity to the following screens: Staphylococcus aureus, Sarcina lutea schroeter, Bacillus subtilis natto, Escherichia coli, Burkholderia cepacia, Comamonas acidovorans,Comamonas acidovorans, Pseudomonas putida, Burkholderia pickettii, Picchia pastoris, and Candida albicans。It also displays high thermostability, without obvious change in antibacterial activity after treated in boiling water for one hour.
