34种中药对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用

Inhibition of 34 kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicines on α-Glucosidase Activity

测定34种中药水提物的α 葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结果显示,药液浓度为50mg/mL时,巴戟天、牛膝、黄精、白芍、何首乌、五味子、川芎、虎杖、穿山龙对α 葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制率达50%以上。进一步研究发现五味子、川芎和虎杖对α 葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性较强。虎杖抑制α 葡萄糖苷酶活性的IC50约为27.5mg/mL,属非竞争性抑制。

The inhibition on α-glucosidase activity for the liquid medicine extraction of 34 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines is tested, respectively. Experiment results with 50?mg/mL of liquid concentration show that the inhibition of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill., Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. and Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc. on α-glucosidase activity are higher than that of the others. The IC_(50) of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc. is about 27.5?mg/mL, belonging to noncompetitive inhibition.
