Study on Design and Construction of the General Flood Forecasting Model Database

在介绍洪水预报模型库的基本概念和性质的基础上,分析了各类洪水预报模型的输入、输出数据类型,规定了各类数据文件格式,设计了洪水预报模型库的通用数据接口,并在中国洪水预报系统中实现了通用洪水预报模型库的建设。

Based on introducing the basic concept and characteristics of the flood forecasting model database, this paper analyzes the input and output data types of various flood forecasting models, describes their fixed data file formats and designing of the general interface for the model database. In addition, this paper also describes the construction of a general flood forecasting model database based on the real-time forecasting system.
