摘要
对苄基甲苯的致癌性和致突变性研究的结果表明:Ames试验、小鼠骨髓多染性红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸变试验均为阴性;对小鼠的诱癌试验结果肿瘤发生率实验组虽高于对照组,但经统计学处理(X^2检验)均无显著性差异(P>0.05);肿瘤的潜伏期、肿瘤的特异性和多发性,实验组与对照组相比亦无显著性差异,故初步认为苄基甲苯对小鼠无明显的致癌作用。
Benzyltoluene is used in the manufacture of electric condenser as
an isolation material. The study on its carcinogenesis and mutagenesis was
performed. The Ames test, the micronucleus test of marrow polychroma-
tophilic erythrocytes in mice and the sperm malformation test in mice
were negative.The neoplasm induction test in mice showed that tumour
incidence is higher in the treated groups than in the control groups,
but there is not significant difference statistically.No difference had
been found in latent time and the multiplicity of tumors between the
experimental and control groups.The result indicated that there is no
obvious carcinogenetic effect of benzyltoluene on mice.
