摘要
体育仲裁因其迅速、保密、花费少以及仲裁的专门性等而受到越来越多的当事人的欢迎,其进行仲裁的根据则包括当事人之间的仲裁协议、体育组织内部章程或条例中的仲裁条款以及大型运动会报名表中的仲裁条款等。利用体育仲裁也可以实现公正、公平和高效的争议解决目标。
Globalization and commercialization of sports give rise to more sports disputes than ever. Sports arbitration is welcomed by more and more people for its fast speed, confidentiality, a low expense and specialization. The arbitral bases include arbitral agreements between dispute parties, arbitral clauses in sports body's internal regulation or charter, as well as in entry forms of large sports events.
