对网球发球体系的探究

Exploration on Tennis Service System

从系统论的视角出发,认为网球发球并不仅仅是一个技术动作,还应该是一个完整的体系,并阐明网球的发球体系由技术层、战术层、心理层和体能层四个方面组成。旨在更新网球发球思想观念,加深对网球发球内涵的认识,并建立网球发球理论体系,以期为指导网球发球的运动训练实践服务。

Starting from the direction of systematic theory, this paper thinks that tennis service is not only a simple skill, but it should be a complete system, that is, consists of skill, tactics, mentality and stamina in order to renew the conception of tennis service, deepen the recognition of it, found a theoretical system, and guide the practice of it.
