摘要
本文从内蒙古资源、经济与环境问题现状出发,分析了发展循环经济的必要性、紧迫性和可行性,提出了我区建立循环经济的发展战略应考虑的基本原则,发展方向和法律、政策方面的建议。
Based on the resources,economic and environmental probelems and current situation in Inner Mongolia,the necessity,urgency and feasibility of development of cirular economy are analyzed,the principles of establishment of circular economy strategy are put forward as well as direction and proposal for laws and policies.
