摘要
环境保护工作正逐步由工业污染防治向工业污染防治和生态保护并重转变。本文以石拐区实际情况为基础,对石拐区开展生态环境建设的重要性、必要性、可行性、生态建设的思路,建设内容及采取措施进行了初步探讨。
Based on the practical situation in Shi Guai District,the importance,necessity and feasibility of ecological environment construction,thoughts contents and measures of ecological construction are discussehd initially.
