蛋鸡群主要传染病的免疫监测与结果分析

The immune surveillance and result analysis of the main infectious diseases in layer flocks

通过对贵州省某种禽场蛋鸡群进行的免疫监测和白痢检疫,结果表明,在3个被检的蛋鸡群中,鸡白痢的隐性感染率分别为6 9%(2/29)、19 3%(6/31)、0%(0/41)。22舍鸡群接种新城疫、禽流感疫苗的抗体效价较高,水平一致,分别达到1∶90 510和1∶193 207,100%获得免疫保护。在4个被检的蛋鸡群中,减蛋综合症的免疫效果较差,抗体效价低,分布不均匀。本文还对免疫效果与疫苗质量、鸡群健康状况的关系进行了讨论。

The immune surveillance and pullorum quarantine have been conducted in layer flocks of a poultry breeding farm in Guizhou province.The negative infection rates of pullorum were 6.9%(2/29)、19.3%(6/31)and 0%(0/41)in three tested layer flocks.The chickens of NO.22 workshop developed higher titers of antibody against ND and AI after immunization,the antibody levels were uniformity,the geometrical mean titers reached 1∶90.510 and 1∶193.207 respectively,all the chickens have got immunological protection.In four tested layer flocks,the vaccinated results against egg drop syndrome were not satisfied because of lower antibody titer and dispersive distribution.The relation between immune effect and vaccine quality,flock health status has been discussed in this paper.
