橘小实蝇化蛹深度和浸水对蛹期及羽化率的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为了有效防治橘小实蝇BactroceradorsalisHendel,对该虫化蛹深度和浸水对其蛹期和羽化率的影响进行研究。结果表明,蛹龄24h浸水时间为12、24、36、48、60、72h和对照(CK)的蛹期分别为11 2、11 9、12 3、12 8、13 5、14 2、10 5d,羽化率分别为84 4%、73 6%、71 0%、74 2%、70 0%、44 8%和97 0%;蛹龄48h浸水后的蛹期分别为11 2、11 5、12 0、12 2、13 0、13 4和10 2d,羽化率分别为96 2%、90 3%、86 6%、81 5%、78 8%、70 9%和100 0%。浸水和土壤高含水量可以使其蛹期延长,每浸水一天,蛹期则延长一天。蛹浸在水中72h造成死亡率增加。橘小实蝇化蛹多集中在土表下2~5cm处,各深度的化蛹率与羽化率呈正相关性。 A study has been made on the pupal depths and drowning time which effected the pupal periods and eclosion rate of Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel in order to control it effectively.The results showed the pupa of 24h pupal period were 10.5,11.2,11.9,12.3,12.8,13.5 and 14.2d,eclosion rate were 97.0%, 84.4%,73.6%,71.0%,74.2%,70.0% and 44.8%;The pupa of 48h pupal period were 10.2,11.2,11.5,12.0,12.2, 13.0 and 13.4d, eclosion rate were 100.0%,96.2%,90.3%,86.6%,81.5%,78.8%,70.9%.The pupa were intolerable to the high moisture of soil.The duration of pupal stage was postponed for one day after pupae submerged in water per day.The pupal mortality increased significantly under the submergence in water for 72h.The vertical distribution of pupae was concentrated 2-5cm under the ground.The percentage of pupation in variable depths was positively correlated to rate of emergence,the direction of pupae in soil was not significant difference with their emergence and duration.
