抓住新机遇 加快毕节地区蔬菜产业化发展

Taking new opportunity and accelerating vegetable industrialization in Bijie area

通过对毕节地区当前蔬菜生产现状的分析,提出了发展壮大毕节地区蔬菜产业的几项措施:一是树立产业化经营理念,围绕特色、绿色做文章;二是按照毕节地委和行署提出的实施人才强区战略,有针对性地培养人才、引进人才、用好人才和留住人才,充分发挥乡土人才的作用,探索"定单教学"方法;三是按照WTO"绿箱政策"框架,加大资金和技术投入,提高产品市场竞争力;四是明确牵头服务部门,落实毕节地委和行署制定的优惠政策,扶持、壮大加工企业;五是以"夜郎文化"、"水西文化"和该区独特的旅游资源"包装"产品,提高产品知名度。

On the basis of the present vegetable production status in Bijie area,five steps are proposed to strengthen and develop vegetable industrialization.The first is to establish the industrialization management concept.The second is that according to Bijie local government's decision of implementing the strategies to the sufficient talented area,try to foster,introduce and remain the talented persons.The third is that in accordance with WTO'Green box policy'frame,strengthen the input of capital and technigue to enhance the products competence for the market.The fourth is carring out the beneficial policies,supporting and strengthening the processing enterprises.The fifth is'packing'the products with the'Night man culture','water western culture'and the special tourism resources,lifting the popularity of the products.
