摘要
供应链企业间的博弈已为大家所熟悉,但很少有人注意到在供应商选择问题上企业内部同样存在不同的观点。本文将希望更换和不希望更换供应商的两大阵营抽象为采购部门和生产部门,通过对它们间的博弈分析给出了企业在制定采购策略时的博弈模型,论证了企业正确安全采购策略制定中要注意的问题。
The games in corporations of supplier chain have been known well for us, but few people notice that there also have different opinions on election of suppliers in the manufacturing. Based on a game in which procurement and production department stand on people holding on different opinions in the selection, this paper demonstrate the elements to he considered seriously in the election by using game theory.
