摘要
研究了阿维菌素、苦参碱、吡虫啉以及阿苦合剂、阿吡合剂对蚜虫(Lipaphiserysimi)的杀虫效果。试验结果表明,它们处理后48h的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.3970·10-6、18.3882·10-6、1.1953·10-6和5.8216·10-6、0.2439·10-6,阿维菌素和吡虫啉的杀虫活性明显高于苦参碱;阿苦合剂的共毒系数为110.2380,表现为相加作用,而阿吡合剂的共毒系数为244.3772,具有显著增效作用。
The insecticide activities of Avermectin, Imidacloprid, kurarinon and the mixtures of them to Lipaphis erysimi have been carried out through a lot of experiments. The results showed that the insecticide activity of Avermectin and Imidacloprid was higher than kurarinon to this insect, and the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of Avermectin and Imidacloprid were 244.377 2, and the synergism of the mixture was remarkable.
