两宋时期王朝中央在戎州实行的是榷曲和万户酒制度 ,戎州酿酒业正是在这个背景下发展起来的 ,戎州民族贸易市场的开设和军事地位的重要 ,使戎州外来人口激增 ,酒的消费量增大 ,从而刺激了酿酒业的发展。宋代戎州酿酒业的兴旺为酒文化的发展奠定了物质基础 ,黄庭坚的创作和实践活动使他成为发展戎州酒文化最重要的文化名人 ,对戎州酒文化的影响 ,迁延至今。

Based on the system of the state-controlled produce in two Song Dynasties, the wine industry of Rong Zhou has developed. The situation that Rong Zhou nationality trade market is built, and Rong Zhou becomes ans important military site, the population of the immigrant is increasing so that it has more wine consumption, stimulates the development of wine industry. The boom of wine industry in Rong Zhou has become the material basis for the development of the wine culture. The works of Huang Tinjian make him become a famous person because he does practise in the wine culture activities, and so far they have influnence upon the wine culture of Rong Zhou.
