摘要
近几年 ,组织行为学理论在我国逐步受到重视 ,这也促使人们开始关注它的一个分支———组织政治行为理论。但目前国内对该分支领域的研究还很少 ,因此 ,我们对国外组织政治行为理论的研究作一简要回顾 ,希望对推动该领域的研究尽微薄之力。
