摘要
以直动从动件盘形凸轮机构为例,介绍了凸轮数学模型的建立、参数化设计实现的方法,同时利用VB语言编程及VB对AutoCAD二次开发技术,成功实现了凸轮参数化自动建模和运动仿真,极大地提高了凸轮设计效率,并为凸轮的设计、加工提供了理论依据。
Introduces the method of cam mathematic modeling and parametric design through the disk cam with reciprocating follower. At the same time, by means jof VB languageprogram and autoCAD redevelopment technology used VB, we have successfully realized cam automatic parametric modeling and dynamic simulation, greatly improved the cam design efficiency, and provided theory basis for cam design and fabrication.
