摘要
讨论了用虚拟技术对复杂金属切削刀具进行建模的问题,建立了麻花钻、群钻、齿轮滚刀的三维数字模型;提出了用虚拟模型来直接获得刀具的几何角度的方法,同时用这一方法对群钻的主要角度进行了分析研究,得出了群钻外刃、圆弧刃、内刃的一些主要角度,此研究方法可推广至其它复杂切削刀具的几何角度研究中。
The paper research the problem of bow to build the model of cutter with the design technology of virtual product, and built the 3D models of twist drill, gang drill, gear hob; bring forward the method of how to get the geometric angle of cutter with virtual model, and analyzing the primary angles of gang drill in the same way, getting some primary angles of outer knife - edge, arc knife - edge, inner knife - angle. The method can apply in the researches of othe complicated cutter.
