摘要
[目的]探讨厚朴的提取工艺。方法利用正交设计法安排试验,以厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量和收膏率为指标,考察提取工艺。结果佳的工艺条件为8倍量70%乙醇,两次,1h/。最提取次结论本研究利用最佳工艺能充分有效的提取厚朴药材中的有效成分。
Objective To explore the technology in extraction of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. Methods Experiment was designed by orthogonal design taking the content of Magnolol and honokiol and recovery rate of dry ointment as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process. Result The optimal decocting condition was as follow adding 8 fold amount of 70% alcohol and extracting twice for one hour each time. Conclusion The optimal technique used in our investigation can thoroughly extract the effective components from Cortex Magnoliae Officnalis.
