关于抑制船用卧式压缩机机械振动的研究

摘要 在分析研究了导致船用卧式压缩机机械振动因素,特别是航行中船舶总体弯曲变形使压缩机气缸运行余隙发生改变,卧式压缩机运行时十字头在导轨中周期性地上下跳动等原因。在此基础上,提出了抑制大型船用卧式压缩机机械振动的有效措施。 This article make deep research on main detrimental factors leading to mechanical vibration of marine compressors,especially on such factors as the change of the running clearance of cylinder of the horizontal compressor produced by the total bending deformation of the ship navigating in waves,the periodical up-down impact of the crosshead on its guides in the operating of the horizontal compressor,and so on.On the basis of deeper research and analysis on reasons of these detrimental factors,this article advances availability measures to restrain the mechanical vibration of marine horizontal compressors.
