摘要
建立在2D12型往复压缩机气阀故障的大量实验基础上,通过对气阀振动信号的工作局部特征提取,同时根据气阀故障的统计特性,给出气阀故障诊断的自组织映射神经网络的诊断方法。
In the paper,the fault features of valves of 2D12 reciprocating compressors are extracted by a lot of experiments.The signal of the special work passages about valves are analyzed with the time-frequency method.Meanwhile,on basis of the statistical feature of valve fault extracted,the neural network is used to analyze the valve fault.
