摘要
建立了永磁动圈型直线压缩机运动系统的数学模型。通过对输入电压波形进行截取,使得输入功率适当,并能平衡活塞所受到的静态气体力,从而提高整机工作效率。运用变步长的Newmark积分法,计算比较了在不同的输入电压波形下,控制压缩机活塞的位移及其线圈内的电流响应,以及对压缩机排气量的影响,为直线压缩机控制系统的设计打下了理论基础。
This paper sets up the mathematic model of linear compressor's movement system.By intercepting input voltage waveform,adjust the input power and balanc the static gas force to enhance the working efficiency of the entire machine.by handling the inconstant step Newmark integral emulator,the piston displacement response,the current response in the winds and the gas capacity modulation under the different input voltage waveform are calculated.It offers the academic foundation for the linear compressor's control system designed in the future.
