摘要 布鲁氏菌 (简称布氏菌 )是一类兼性胞内寄生菌 ,其毒力因子相当复杂 ,导致其致病机制也非常复杂。在抗布氏菌感染过程中 ,天然免疫占有非常重要的作用 ,但获得性免疫的作用同样不容忽视。
