病毒疫苗效能评价方法的研究进展

The development of the evaluation for virus vaccine
摘要
病毒疫苗是通过激发机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫的能力 ,以及启动受染细胞的凋亡机制 ,进而抑制相应病毒的增殖扩散与致病。那么 ,对于病毒疫苗效能的评价也面临上述机制的再现与验证。所以 ,关于评价病毒效能的方法学研究发展很快。本文对新近有关评价病毒疫苗效能的方法学研究进展作了综述。
