Immune stimulating complex vaccines
摘要
免疫刺激复合物疫苗 (ISCOM)与传统疫苗相比 ,不但疫苗抗原的需求量较少 ,而且能够增加抗体反应水平和持久性 ,还能产生强的细胞免疫反应 ,作为强的粘膜佐剂 ,在动物模型研究中发现同样适用于年老及新生动物。
