摘要
本文详细地叙述和分析了Ni002 因瓦水准标尺模板研制的整个过程,包括冲孔模的研制,模板的冲裁,模板及标尺全分划刻划误差的检验,并由此推算出喷漆复制精度和模板的精度。文中,特别指出了冲孔模冲头间距误差正负号的排列对标尺检验结果的影响,并在实践中得到了验证。
The whole preceed in which Ni002 invariable levelling staff's matris hand is re-searched and manufactured is recounted and analysed in detail in this article. It includes de-signing and making die with which the rectangle holes can be made,making holes at the ma-trix band with the mould, inspecting results of error of levelling staff's carving marks thatmade of matrix band though copy with spraying lacquer,also worked out the error of copyand matrix using this result. Meanwhile, it is specilly pointed that the rank mathod of positiveand negative marks of interval deviation of the mould working parts which can be used tomake holes infects the testing results of the levelling staff,and it had been verified in prac-tice.
