摘要
阐述了中小水电站微计算机实时监控系统对该电站及其供电地区带来的经济效益。特别论述了该系统在防止事故误处理等方面,带来的十分显著的经济效益。本文提出了防止事故误处理的一次效益及年均效益的计算方法,从而为定量分析微计算机实时监控系统的经济性,提供了一种可行的方法。
In this paper that the microcomputer real-time supervisory system for medium and small hy- dropower station brought economic benefits for this hydropower station and areas of its supply electric are expounded. That this system brought over striking benefits in aspect to prevent failure erratic process and etc. are particularly discussed. The calculating methods of one benefits to preventing failure erratic process and mean annual benefits is proposed. This a feasible method is provided for quantitative analysis economic benefits of microcomputer realtime supervisory system.
