摘要
用场效应功率管作功率驱动级的斩波型步进电动机驱动电源具有效率高、性能好、体积小、重量轻等优点。但场效应管工作时易产生严重的发热问题。本文分析了发热产生的原因,提出了解决发热问题的方法。试验结果证明,这些解决方法是可行的。
Chopper driving unit realized by VMOSFET has advantages of high-efficiency, high-performance etc. But VMOSFET meets with the problem of seriously heating when it works. This paper analyzes the causes of heating in VMOSFET and introduces the methods of overcoming this Problem. Experiment result illustrates that these method are satisfactory.
