司氟沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的临床研究

摘要 目的 观察司氟沙星治疗由沙眼衣原体(CT)或(和)解脲脲原体(Uu)引起的非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的有效性和安全性。方法 97例非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎患者每天1次口服司氟沙星,每次200 mg,疗程 7 d,停药 1 周后复查,病原体仍阳性者再服1疗程。结果 临床总有效率为92.8%,男女患者的临床疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。第 1 疗程结束时,CT和 Uu的总清除率分别为91.8% 和 73.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。第 2 疗程结束时,CT和 Uu的总清除率分别为97.8%和91.2%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率为 8.2%,主要表现为光敏感反应(5.2%)。结论 司氟沙星治疗由 CT或(和)Uu引起的非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎疗效确切,但应注意预防其光敏感反应的发生。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of sparfloxacin in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis (cervicitis) caused by Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and/or Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu).MethodsNinety-seven patients with non-gonococcal urethritis (cervicitis) were treated with sparfloxacin 200 mg once daily given orally for 7 days.The patients were followed-up for 7 days after completion of treatment.Those patients in whom pathogens persisted were given second course of treatment.ResultsThe overall clinical efficacy rate was 92.8%,no significant difference was found between male and female patients (P>0.05).After first course of treatment,the overall pathogen eradication rate for CT and Uu was 91.8% and 73.7% respectively (P<0.05).After second course of treatment,the overall pathogen eradication rate for CT and Uu was 97.8% and 91.2% respectively (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was 8.2%.The main drug related adverse reaction was photosensitivity (5.2%).ConclusionsSparfloxacin is effective for the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis (cervicitis) caused by CT/Uu.Attention should be paid to prevent photosensitivity reaction during sparfloxacin therapy.
