三步针罐疗法治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Three-step Acup-cupping Therapy in Treatment of Acute Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的:观察三步针罐疗法治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用三步针罐疗法治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突 出症38例,并与常规针刺治疗组30例作对照。结果:三步针罐疗法治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突出症痊愈率为55.26％,总有效率 达92.11％,与常规针刺疗法比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:三步针罐疗法能快捷有效地缓解或消除 临床症状和体征,是治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突出症较理想的综合针灸疗法。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of three-step acup-cupping therapy (TSACT) in treatment of acute central prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods: 38 patients with acute central prolapse of lumbar intervertbral disc were treated with TSACT (treatment group) and other 30 patients were treated with traditional acupuncture (control group). ResultS:The curative ratio was 55. 26% in the treatment group with the overal effective rate of 92. 11 % and there was a significant difference from control group (P <0.05). Conclusions:TSACT could effectively and quickly relieve or remove the clinical symptoms and signs of acute central prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. It was a comparatively ideal acupuncture therapy for treatment of the disease.
