摘要
知识作为解释企业绩效差异的基础已引起人们的广泛关注。介绍了知识依存理论的研究基础;从知识的概念、企业的存在、边界、结构、行为和绩效七个方面回顾学者们对于这一理论的理解。在整合这些观点的基础上,建立了一个知识依存理论整合模型,并详述与知识有关的六种能力,创造、破坏、吸收、整合、复制和保护。
Knowledge has increasingly won attention as the basis of explaining difference in firm performance. At first,it presents the literature of knowledge-based views,then,it reviews scholars’ understanding on the following six aspects,that is,concept of knowledge,firm existence,firm boundaries,firm structure,firm behavior and firm performance. Based on the integration of these understandings,it puts up an integrated model of knowledge-based theory,and elucidates six different kinds of capability:creation,destruction,absorption,integration,replication and protection.
