摘要
本文提出了一种新的人力资本存量水平估值方法 ,并就中国近期的人力资本数量、结构、分布及动态特征作了实证评价 ,得出了初步结论。
A scientific & feasible method of measuring huma n capital stock is br ought forward in this paper, while the quantity,structure,distribution and dyn amic characters of human capital in China is also demonstrated.
