摘要
环境污染日益严重,如何制止污染,保护环境迫在眉捷。鉴于开征环境税会导致居民和企业的反对,甚至会对经济产生不利影响,我国目前开征环境税尚存在一定难度。对此,我国政府应积极采取措施,消除障碍,借鉴发达国家的先进经验,尽快开征环境税。
Environment pollution becomes more and more serious and it is urgent to prevent the pollution. Seeing that collecting environment tax will cause disagreement of citizens and enterprises, government thinks collecting environment tax will have negative effect on our economy. So our government should take active measures to get rid of the barrier , learn from other countries and collect environment tax soon.
