非公有制经济在我国社会主义市场经济中占有非常重要的地位,其发展有利于我国基本经济制度的进一步完善。一个阶段以来,我国非公有制经济获得了长足发展,但与公有制经济相比,还是受到了社会基本经济制度、国家方针政策和法律法规等诸方面的制约,需要通过进一步完善制度、政策和法律等措施,大力扶持和积极引导非公有制经济的发展。

Non-public ownership economy takes an important position in our country's Socialist Market Economy, its development is beneficial to the further improvement of our country's fundamental economic system. During the recent years non-public ownership economy has been developed greatly, but compared with public ownership economy, it is restricted by many factors such as the social fundamental economic system, the national policies, laws and regulations, etc. Such measures as the further improvement in system, policy and laws are needed to support and guide the development of non-public ownership economy.
