识别冠状动脉不稳定斑块的心导管检查技术
摘要
目前检测、识别易破裂和容易形成血栓的斑块的心导管侵入性的检查方法有冠状动脉造影、血管内超声和血管 内镜检查、光相干层析成像、血管内温度图、光谱分析等技术,其中有一些已经在临床上广泛应用,有一些在临床试验中应用, 其结果令人鼓舞。
