摘要
为了在工艺过程中实施圆度误差的谐波控制 ,研究了显著谐波与不稳定谐波的诊断系统与准动力学控制方法。谐波误差产生的主要原因是系统相对振动、几何布局失稳、随机干扰和机床进给能力不足。在正确判断出谐波误差的产生原因后 ,控制系统改变系统相对振动状态 ,改变系统的几何布局以提高系统对振动的衰减能力。利用数字量与工件转速的数学关系 。
In order to realize harmonic control for roundness error in technology procedure,the diagnostic system and quasi-dynamics control method of remarkable harmonic and unstable harmonic is studied.The main cause to create harmonic error are the relative vibration in system,in stability of geometry configuration,random disturbance and in sufficient feeding ability of the machine tool.The corresponding countermeasures are adopted to control harmonic error.Using the relation of numerical amount with workpiece speed,the surface harmonic error diagnostic system and control circuit have been designed based quasi-dynamics.
