摘要
在信息化的时代,核心竞争力正成为企业获取竞争优势的新的源泉,而人力资源战略管理是企业核心竞争力形成和提升的根本。确立人力资本产权私有制度,创建学习型战略联盟,进行知识管理,完善激励约束机制,这些人力资源战略管理的制度安排对构建企业核心竞争力具有重要的实践意义。
In the age of information technology, core competitiveness becomes a new source that brings competitive advantage to enterprises while human resource strategic management is fundamental to forming and promoting core competence. This paper expatiates the practical significance of constructing enterprise core competitiveness from four aspects, including establishing private property right institution of human resource, founding learning strategic alliance, practicing knowledge management, and perfecting encouragement and restriction mechanism for the utmost purpose of realizing the practical effect of human resource strategic management on the development of enterprise core competitiveness.
