雷丸提取液及伍用吡喹酮对小鼠U_(14)腹水癌的抑制作用

INHIBITORY EFFECT OF OMPHALIA EXTRACTIVE AND COMBINATION PARAZIQUANTELI ON MICE ASCITICCARCINOMA U_(14)

实验观察雷丸提取液(OLS)对小鼠U_(14)腹水癌的抑制作用。结果:给腹水癌鼠ipOLS后、生命延长率达82％;OLS伍用吡喹酮注射液ip生命延长率达182％。单用OLS和伍用吡喹酮均有防止胸腺萎缩及调节外周血T淋巴细胞的作用。提示:OLS对小鼠U_(14)腹水癌有明显抑制作用。

The inhibitory effect of Omphalia extractive (OLS) on mice ascitic carcinoma U14 was observed in the experiments.The results indicated that after OLS was intraperitoneally injected to the mice with ascitic carcinoma U14, the rate of prolonging life amounts to 82%, and when OLS combined with paraziquanteli was intraperitoneally injected to the mice with ascitic carcinoma U14, the rate of prolonging life can increase to 182%. Use of OLS alone or the combination of OLS and paraziquanteli can prevent the thymal atrophy and regulate T lymphocyte of the peripheral blood.
