油田生产作业道路养护管理决策系统设计

On decision-making system design for maintenance and management of production operation road of the oil field

油田生产作业道路(以下油田道路)是随着油田发展建设逐渐形成的,具有线多、面广、分散、总里程长、管理难度大的特点,部分路段由于使用频率低,导致路面维修不及时,路面破损严重。针对这一问题,我们设计开发大庆油田道路养护决策系统,就是要将有限的资金科学、合理投入,以确保油田生产正常进行。

The production operation roads of the oil field (shortly in oil field road) has taken shape gradually with the oil field development and construction. They have the characteristics which contain many lines, wide area, long total course and great difficulty in management. Because the frequency of part of the road utilization is low, the road section results in the road surface not being maintained in time and damaged seriously. According to this question, this paper designs and develops an oil field road decision-making system that drops into scientifically and rationally application with limited fund, in order to ensure that the production of the oil field goes on normally.
