文章介绍了我国制定《图书馆法》的背景 ,回顾了我国图书馆界为制定《图书馆法》所做出的努力和走过的路程 ,分析了当前制定《图书馆法》
This article introduces the social background of establishing the Law of Library in China, and reviews the effort and course in defining the Law of Library, analyzes the difficulties for establishing the Law of Library, and puts forward the measures to overcome the difficulties above-mentioned.
