在知识经济时代 ,图书馆的工作重心转移已在部分图书馆实现 ,但图书馆在组织变革上相对滞后。文章分析了图书馆组织变革的发展方向 。

The shift of work focus in some libraries has been achieved in knowledge economic era, but transformation of library's organization is still backward. This article analyzes the developing trend of organization transformation in libraries, and tries to set up a service organization structure of library.
