网络环境下 ,图书馆个性化服务已成为主流 ,而推送服务是实现个性化信息服务的有效途径。文章阐述了国内外高校个性化推送信息服务成功案例 ,分析了个性化信息推送服务存在的问题。

Under the network environment, individualized service has already become a main trend in libraries. This article discusses concept of the individualized service, analyses some successful cases by practicing pull-push service, and some problems caused by the individualized service in the libraries of colleges and universities.
