摘要 文章从用户需求的几种趋势出发,根据信息服务特点,结合效用分析、服务管理以及信息经济学的理论 ,从用户、服务者和管理者3个角度阐释信息服务的基本内涵 。 Starting from the tendencies of users' requirements, based on the characteristics, comprehensive analysis, service management, and some concepts of information economics, this article explains the basic connotation of the information service in the following three angles: users, suppliers, and managerial personnel. Suggestions are proposed to establishment of evaluation and standards of the information service .
