The Interactive Relation Between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure and Related Policies

产业结构是解释经济增长的核心因素,而产业结构的演变则受到多种因素的作用,其中,劳动力要素是最为关键的要素,就业结构是衡量和影响产业结构演变的重要因素。我国目前和今后将面临产业结构较大的调整,必须在认识产业结构与就业结构相互作用机理以及相互作用条件的基础上,采取一系列有效的劳动力市场政策等措施以实现产业优化和增加就业的两重目标。

Our country is confronted with great adjustment of industrial structure. On the basis of knowing the interactive relation between industrial structure and employment structure, we should promulgated a series of policies on labor force to achieve the goals of increasing employment and improving production.
