切实履行法律监督职能,推进检察工作的创新发展,为社会提供公正、效率和有质量的法律服务,是我国各级检察机关面临的共同课题。强化法律监督,提高社会与经济的法律服务水平,关键是落实以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,推行依法治国方略,大力倡导人本维权的执法观念,促进检察机关各个法律职能协调均衡发展,推进检察内部体制与管理机制创新,建立与社会主义市场经济体制相协调的专门法律监督体系。

To perform the function of legal supervision and to promote the innovation and development of prosecutorial work,so as to provide just,efficient and high quality legal service to the society are the common tasks faced by prosecutorial organs at all levels.The key points in strengthening the legal supervision,enhancing the level of legal service for the social and economic de- velopment are to put into effect the concepts of people- oriented,and comprehensive,coordinated and sustained scientific devel- opment,to carry out the strategic policy of ruling the country by law,to vigorously advocate the law enforcement ideas of peo- ple-oriented and rights protection,to facilitate the harmonious development of different functions of prosecutorial work,to stim- ulate the innovation of the inner system and managing mechanism,and to establish a special legal supervision system that gears to the socialist market economy system.
