大脑中动脉早期脑梗塞的CT诊断(附四例报告)

CT DIAGNOSIS OF MIDDLE CEREBRAL ARTERY IN EARLY CEREBRAL INFARCTION

报告4例起病后3小时内的大脑中动脉脑梗塞的早期CT表现。CT所见主要有:一侧大脑中动脉密度增高、“脑岛异常征”、豆状核边界模糊、脑沟池受压、脑皮髓质界面消失、内囊后肢增宽、低密度改变等征象。认为前六种征象较脑梗塞的低密度改变更早出现,为CT诊断大脑中动脉脑梗塞的早期依据,其中“脑岛异常征”

Early CT findings of four cases with acute middle cerebral artery infarction (within three hours after onset ) were reported. The main CT findings included: increased density in unilateral middle cerebral artery, the sign of 'abnormal insular', obscurity of the lentiform nucleus, effacement of the cerebral cistern and sulci, loss of the definition of the cerebral gray-white interface, widening of the posterior limb of the internal capsule and change of hypodensity, etc. The former six CT findings were thought to be found earlier than hypodensity, Therefore, they were the early basis for diagnosing the acute middle cerebral artery infarction. The sign of 'abnormal insular' was first reported.
