Nowadays, we have entered the information society. With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, the wide use of computer system has permeated all the walks of life, people depend more and more on the computer, and the computer crimes have become more obvious. This paper will focus on the characteristics of computer crimes, new trends needs, legislative and precautions.
