摘要
采用-40℃冷冻胚胎骨移植修复12例颌骨缺损,通过临床、X片、放射性骨显象和术前、术后免疫功能测定观察,结果表明冷冻胚胎骨免疫性低,不会引起移植排斥反应,改建成骨迅速,用于修复颌骨骨腔近期效果满意;移植胚胎骨除了起到传导作用外,还有较强的诱导成骨功能。作者认为冷冻胚胎骨是一种临床效果佳、制备简单、价廉及易于推广的颌骨缺损修复材料。
Frozen homobrephobone transplantion at -40℃ were used to repair jaw defect in 12 cases. Through the observations of X-ray examination, radionuclide bone scintigaphy and th measurement of the immunologic function preoperatively and postperatively, the results indicate, that the immunblogic property of the frozen homobrephobone was low, no immuno-rejection was seen, the osteogenesis of frozen homobrephobone was rapid, the satisfactory efficacy in the short term follow-up was obtained for repairing the marrow cavity of jaw. The transplanter brephobone playd a role of osteoconduction and stronger osteoinduction. The authors thought the frozen homobrephobone was a efficent, simplely prepared, cheap and easy to spread materials for repairing the defect of jaw.
