Scientific spirit is an important problem regarded by academia people. Under such realistic condition as pseudoscience, anti-science, only-science, learning corruption and disordered concepts over-run, the importance of scientific spirit is raised much more from the inverse. The author puts forward time-idea of scientific spirit and discussed its characters.
