城市现代社区管理新模式研究在国外主要是从社会学领域进行研究的。一般来说主要集中于现代社区变迁的研究、现代城市社区运行机制和过程的研究、现代社区类型的研究、现代社区管理新模式研究等,但这些研究大都是以发达国家城市为背景的。改革开放以来,我国对城市现代社区的管理体制和管理方式进行了有益的探索,也取得了一些成果。但从总体上说这些研究还是滞后于实践发展的需要,迫切需要从理论和实践的结合上解决现代城市社区管理新模式的问题。

And the reformation of the city manages are same: Firstly, the government may do well the cities management completely. The part actions of the government changed the ones of the enterprises. Secondly, we must carry out the city's management into socialization. Thirdly, the function of the government may be dummied. Namely the government of those cities may be transferred some functions to community through consign, empower, job and contract, etc.
